📋 Description

• Champion Customer Trust: Respond to prospect and customer security requests, review RFIs/RFQs, and
• Drive Compliance & CAPs: Tackle customer security questionnaires and collaborate to establish
• Power Legal Alignment: Review Customer Agreements, Terms & Conditions, and Data Processing
• Spearhead Audit Readiness: Lead and support annual customer audits with SOC2, ISO (27001, 9001
• Automate for Efficiency: Use AI tools and basic coding to automate internal processes and optimize
• Publish & Curate Insights: Maintain internal compliance docs and publish up-to-date materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years SaaS security/compliance experience with a BA/BS in CS or related field.
• Strong cloud and privacy knowledge: AWS, Azure, GCloud; GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA.
• Proficiency with ISO/IEC 27001 family, SOC 2, PCI, NIS2, CFR21 Part 11.
• Basic coding skills and experience with governance platforms like Vanta and 1UP.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to translate complex concepts for customers.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset at the intersection of tech, business, and enterprise learning.
