Cybersecurity Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Own and mature the cybersecurity compliance program against NIST 800-171 and 800-53.
• Serve as primary liaison to government cyber teams and represent company in audits.
• Lead development of System Security Plans (SSPs) and POA&Ms.
• Establish and enforce controls for handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Ensure compliance with EAR and ITAR export-control requirements.
• Prepare organization for CMMC and government accreditation efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance or information assurance.
• Experience with government cyber teams and federal security requirements.
• Hands-on NIST 800-171 and 800-53 control implementation.
• Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Working knowledge of EAR and ITAR export-control regulations.
• Active US security clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
