Provide guidance to clients to improve security posture; handle proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Monitor service issues; reduce risk and monitor health of security systems.
Use SIEM and tools to investigate networks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and monitoring systems.
Perform post-mortem analysis on logs, traffic, and activities to identify malicious activity.
Research and develop security tools/testing techniques for incident response.
Collaborate with clients on issue management, planning, and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Cyber Security engineering or similar role.
Experience with security tool application, server, and networking support.
Troubleshoot performance and app issues on Windows and Linux.
Scripting experience with PowerShell and Regex.
Experience with KQL (Kusto) and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure).
MITRE ATT&CK familiarity and incident response knowledge.
