Cybersecurity Manager

📋 Description

• Define, implement, and communicate cybersecurity strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead the ISMS certification and ongoing maintenance per ISO standards.
• Manage cybersecurity risk and incident management; identify and mitigate threats.
• Advise senior management on cybersecurity risks and emerging threats.
• Coordinate ISMS team, CTO, DW Manager, and Engineering on security work.
• Maintain ISO 27002:2022 certification and demonstrate security posture to third parties.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and French; based in France.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in consultancy.
• Experience operating an ISMS and drafting policies/procedures.
• Experience in global, multicultural fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Certifications are a plus: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISC2/ISACA/GIAC/PASSI.
