Cybersecurity Systems Engineer / ISSM

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the corporate Information Security Program as ISSM.
• Lead compliance with NIST 800-171, 800-53, RMF, CMMC, ISO.
• Secure operation and lifecycle management of corporate and classified systems.
• Develop SSPs, POA&Ms, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead internal/external security assessments, ISO/CMMC readiness, and remediation.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or IA experience.
• Experience as ISSM, ISSO, IA Manager, or similar role.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, RMF, DFARS, CMMC, and DoD requirements.
• Experience developing SSPs, POA&Ms, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance; Active Secret required.
