📋 Description

• Lead post-implementation functional support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and
• Own complex and escalated support cases from initial assessment through resolution, coordinating
• Investigate root causes, assess business impact, recommend solutions or workarounds, and
• Coordinate transitions from implementation projects to ongoing support, including knowledge
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance system performance, usability
• Gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements, develop functional specifications, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management
• At least five years of functional consulting, implementation, or application support experience
• At least three years of experience in post-implementation support, managed services, or service
• Strong functional expertise in one or more Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management modules
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements analysis, solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, organization, prioritization, and client
