📋 Description

• Provide executive-level local leadership, strategic direction, and overall accountability for
• Lead overall system strategy and execution including employer-facing and sector-based strategies
• Serve as primary local contact for the Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas President/CEO and other
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders, industry associations, chambers
• Direct and collaborate with the Employer Solutions Director to advance the Dallas Sector Solutions
• Establish and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, community-based

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, Human Services, or
• Ten or more years of senior leadership experience overseeing complex workforce, economic
• Experience in workforce development, government contracting, human services, or a related publicly
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale workforce systems, fiscal stewardship, strategic
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with workforce boards, government partners
• Strong executive leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder
