📋 Description

• Carry out initial damage assessments on vehicles based on photographs and reports
• Manage written correspondence with international customers, insurance companies, police
• Commission independent expert appraisals in Spain for the preparation of technical reports
• Actively investigate claims when information is incomplete: gathering data, cross-checking
• Work closely with internal teams within the Damage Department, contributing with criteria
• Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, and workload in a continuously growing environment

• Professional qualification or university background in administration, law, insurance, or a related
• Ability to assess available information, take ownership, and make well-grounded decisions even
• Investigative mindset with attention to detail
