Data & AI – Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Data & AI engagements involving data engineering, analytics, AI, ML, dashboards
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, analytics solutions, predictive
• Lead AI readiness assessments, use-case identification, roadmaps, governance, and AI-enabled
• Partner with CFOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable
• Own day-to-day client relationships, facilitate sessions, present technical solutions to
• Lead engagement planning, execution, and quality assurance; ensure client-ready deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, data science, analytics, AI/ML, or analytics consulting.
• Hands-on deliverables experience across AI/data solutions; depth in AI engineering, data-platform
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams, managing deliverables, and mentoring juniors.
• Experience supporting India or Japan markets with professional English and market-specific language
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to executives and translate business needs into
