📋 Description

• Build and validate ML/AI models on claims and EHR data.
• Develop and maintain Python data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Explore healthcare data to improve Medicaid patient care.
• Advance LLM tools to translate data into actionable guidance for care teams.
• Learn production practices: version control, testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• Python proficiency: 3+ years; GitHub portfolio or equivalent.
• Solid ML foundations; knowledge of AI and LLM basics.
• Strong SQL skills; large, messy real-world datasets.
• Experience with Git; collaboration in team codebases and good communication.
• 1-2 years industry DS experience; healthcare data exposure.
