Data & AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own data and AI security governance and secure-by-design patterns.
• Engineer and govern data protection controls using Purview.
• Operate Data Security Posture Management and AI Security Posture Management.
• Define governance for data/AI security non-compliances and remediation.
• Collaborate with Data, AI Governance, Privacy and Legal teams on policies.
• Support incident response and drive control improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in industry with ≥4 years in data security or security engineering.
• Hands-on data protection controls in Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of adversarial AI techniques (evasion, poisoning, prompts).
• Experience delivering governance, remediation workflows and evidence-based reporting.
• Collaborates with Data, AI, Privacy and Legal on policy and control implementation.
• Certifications such as MS SC-400, CISSP, CSSP or equivalent.
