📋 Description

• Analyze operational and product data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to solve data challenges and improve performance.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and metrics aligned with objectives.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for all stakeholders.
• Apply analytics to evaluate performance and identify trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or BI.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Hands-on dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx or similar.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, trend analysis, data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication to present insights to diverse audiences.
