Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP): quota, capacity, territory, and segment plans.
• Run the weekly forecast using commit/best/worst; synthesize Gong signals.
• Build and maintain the revenue data warehouse; unify product/marketing/CRM data.
• Develop propensity-to-close, churn, and expansion models from telemetry and firmographics.
• Define ideal-customer profiles; own TAM sizing and segment definitions.
• Leverage AI to automate analytics and streamline GTM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in revenue analytics or data science at a B2B SaaS company.
• Owned annual operating plan or quota setting; capacity modeling and territory design.
• Advanced SQL (window functions/CTEs) and data warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Salesforce CRM proficiency — SOQL, object relationships, reporting, and data quality management.
• Forecasting with commit/best/worst; familiarity with Gong AI signals.
• Experience building predictive models (propensity-to-close, churn, expansion) in Python or R.
