• Execute and support PTMS BI initiatives.
• Deliver insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk, and Product.
• Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and business metrics.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ensure analysis complies with regulatory and responsible gambling principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in data analysis or BI roles.
• At least 1 year in gambling/gaming industry.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excel in real-time and batch data processing.
• Understand gambling industry metrics and KPIs.
