Design and maintain Power BI dashboards with M and DAX
Migrate reports from Tableau to Power BI
Collaborate with leadership across regions (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio)
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance
Set up security in Power BI service including Row-Level Security
Define end-user requirements and project plans

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2-4 years analytics experience
Power BI with DAX and Power Query (M)
SQL proficiency for data extraction
Azure data ecosystem and ETL/ELT experience
Tableau experience preferred
