🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in data analytics.
• Strong SQL fluency; Python or PySpark a plus.
• Ability to learn complex data methodologies quickly.
• Own problems beyond your immediate scope; drive outcomes.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active use of AI tools to drive leverage.
