Provide insights to Compliance Office and teams for data-driven decisions.
Use SQL and Excel to analyze datasets and present findings clearly.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor compliance trends.
Ensure data is accessible, consistent, and accurate for stakeholders.
Handle multiple data requests and break down complex problems into actionable tasks.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to align compliance systems.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years data analysis experience, preferably in compliance/fintech or financial services.
Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Strong presentation and communication; explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Python proficiency is an advantage; AI experience is a plus.
