Data Analyst - Afternoon shift

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Metabase for CS teams
• Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for reporting
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences across customer-facing teams
• Analyze agent and team performance metrics to support incentive decisions
• Apply Gemini and AI workflows to surface insights and improvements
• Maintain clean data and documentation for reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase (data modeling, reports, DAX)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Working knowledge of Gemini AI tools for insights across teams
• Solid CS operational metrics knowledge (CSAT, retention, productivity, performance)
• Availability to work in afternoon hours 2:00-10:00 pm
