Data Analyst - Asset Management

📋 Description

• Analyze portfolio and financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and tools for portfolio management.
• Clean, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems for accuracy.
• Deliver recurring reports for senior leaders, investors, lenders, and regulators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business admin, or related field.
• About 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or related fields.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, PRAC) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Power Query, pivot models, macros/VBA, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience with MRI, RealPage, or Yardi software is preferred.
