Step in beyond scope when needed; ownership over rigid roles.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in product analytics / portfolio analytics
Strong SQL (joins, window functions) and Python for analysis
Experience with experimentation / causal thinking (A/B tests, cohorts, bias pitfalls)
Ability to explain complex systems metrics simply and clearly
