  • Translate business problems into analytics and CRM/logging requirements.
  • Take ownership beyond scope when needed.

  • 2โ€“3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong SQL skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to document metric logic, assumptions, data sources, and limitations.
  • Strong English communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python or pandas for ad hoc analysis.
