📋 Description

• Partner with Product/Marketing/Business to define questions and impact.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers/Scientists to improve data products.
• Lead end-to-end analyses: marketplace dynamics, search-to-book.
• Go beyond dashboards to explain trends with statistics.
• Build narratives from data; communicate findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to reusable knowledge; document insights and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (engineering/business)
• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL; experience with large datasets
• Product analytics: funnel, cohorts, segmentation, experimentation
• Data visualization; ability to design clear dashboards
• Fluent in English; strong cross-functional communication
