📋 Description

• Partner with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, engagement and retention to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to explain metric changes and recommend actions.
• Design and evaluate experiments with statistical and business context.
• Develop dashboards, automated reporting and analytical pipelines for reliable decision-making.
• Build or contribute to AI-enabled analytics solutions or decision-making tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience across data analytics, product analytics, data science or a related field.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to independently analyse large and complex datasets.
• Working proficiency in Python for analysis, automation or model development.
• Experience delivering an AI or analytics solution that influenced a business decision or enabled self-service.
• Experience with business metrics and analytics frameworks.
• Ability to build scalable analytics outputs rather than manual analysis or dashboards.
