📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the patient
• Model capacity and throughput by analyzing advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply/demand
• Build scalable analytics by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Hex
• Curate the data layer by partnering with engineering to maintain clean and reliable data models and
• Synthesize and communicate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Wrangle complex data including structured and semi-structured data such as nested JSON and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, including time in healthcare operations
• Healthcare operations fluency including intake, scheduling, caseloads, and SLAs
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake: efficient complex queries against cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• BI and dashboarding: strong experience designing interactive dashboards and reports; Hex highly
• Data wrangling expertise: comfortable with messy, real-world data including nested JSON and
• AI fluency: use AI to speed up SQL and analysis, with judgment to verify output
