📋 Description

• Build and iterate on interactive dashboards in Hex that help stakeholders explore financial and
• Translate business questions into self-serve reporting and actionable analysis across ARR, paying
• Contribute to trusted data models that support new pricing approaches, product lines, and evolving
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and financial reporting cycles by investigating variances
• Automate recurring manual and spreadsheet-based tasks using AI skills and workflows, helping teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in analytics or a related data role, with proficiency in SQL, including joins, common
• Understanding of data modeling practices, including fact and dimension tables, star schemas, and
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical deliverables, gather requirements
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and careful attention to detail.
• Experience working with Finance, Sales, or Go To Market (GTM) data is a plus, especially in a
• Experience with BI or AI tools such as Hex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms is a plus
