📋 Description

• Design and maintain data models for transaction monitoring and risk.

• Own end-to-end FinCrime analytics delivery: data extraction & deployment.

• Develop and optimize detection logic and monitoring rules.
\n
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and auditability.
\n
• Build dashboards and analytics tools in Sigma for investigations.
\n
• Collaborate with investigators and compliance to close data gaps.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 2-4 years in data analytics in FinCrime, Compliance, or Risk.
\n
• Advanced SQL skills for complex datasets.
\n
• Experience with dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Sigma, Git.
\n
• Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets.
\n
• Solid understanding of financial crime frameworks.
\n
• Python desirable; English fluency (Spanish a plus).
\n
