Data Analyst - Fraud Intelligence

📋 Description

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for vendor data assets
• Build lift analyses and backtests for new data signals
• Profile vendor datasets for completeness and freshness
• Collaborate with fraud leadership to define evaluation criteria
• Translate vendor data findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with data engineering to define ingestion requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in data analysis/science, esp. fraud/risk/fintech
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong grasp of metrics: precision/recall, AUC/ROC, lift, AB testing
• Experience with external datasets, assessing data quality and match rates
• Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize analysis for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define structure in a fast-moving environment
