Data Analyst, Go-To-Market Sales Insights

📋 Description

• Build tools and analytics to drive revenue for Lyft Business sales team
• Partner with Sales and account teams; translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop pacing views, account-health signals, and territory/segment views
• Produce dashboards and data products that inform sales decisions
• Contribute to internal tools and semantic layer for natural language data querying
• Turn insights into cohesive narratives for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (or related work experience) in analytics, statistics, economics, CS, or quantitative field
• 3+ years in data analytics or BI, ideally in sales/go-to-market/B2B
• SQL proficiency; design, write, and validate queries on large datasets
• Experience building production data assets (pipelines/models) using tools like Airflow, dbt
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Hex, Mode, etc.)
• Experience with sales/account analytics is a strong plus
