• Experience: 2-4 years in data or marketing analytics.
• Technical Skills: SQL and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker).
• Event analytics: Amplitude or Mixpanel; ad dashboards (Meta, Google).
• Analytical Capabilities: Translate funnels into clear narratives; data integrity.
• AI Adoption & Growth Mindset: Comfortable using AI tools and mentored growth.
