🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years analytics experience supporting product or marketing.
• Experience designing experiments and measurement frameworks.
• Strong statistics: hypothesis testing, p-values, CIs, power.
• Familiar with Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Amplitude, Tableau, Braze.
• AI tool fluency and interest in automation.
• Product/Marketing sense; understanding user behavior.
