📋 Description

  • Own the inbound funnel metrics end-to-end from landing to conversion.
  • Build multi-touch attribution beyond last-touch UTM tracking.
  • Measure channel and campaign performance across email, paid, social, SEO.
  • Connect marketing to revenue; model CAC, conversion and LTV.
  • Own marketing data models and semantic layer (dbt on BigQuery; Omni).
  • Own instrumentation and lead-data quality; tracking, lead scoring, GDPR.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior hands-on IC who turns marketing data into decisions.
  • Proven analytics experience in marketing, growth or RevOps (B2B SaaS/fintech).
  • Expert SQL for complex analysis and reusable datasets.
  • dbt + cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake) production models.
  • Modern BI with a semantic layer (Omni/Looker) and self-serve dashboards.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, GA.
