📋 Description

• Investigate customer data questions in the AcuityMD platform using SQL.
• Research issues end-to-end; identify root causes; validate across data sources.
• Distinguish between expected behavior, education opportunities, and defects.
• Communicate findings to Customer Success, Support, and customers.
• Create detailed engineering tickets with reproduction steps and root-cause analysis.
• Expand Python and software engineering skills on production-like projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent grads encouraged.
• Experience writing SQL to analyze data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity, ownership, and passion for learning new technologies.
