🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of analytics experience with a track record driving business/product changes.
• Experience in consumer underwriting strategy and/or portfolio risk analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills; able to extract/analyze complex datasets independently.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; turn ambiguity into insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration to translate data into practical business guidance.
• Intellectual curiosity to answer the why behind data.
• Owner mindset with a bias toward action.
