Data Analytics Lead (Product Intelligence)

📋 Description

• Translate product usage and telemetry data into product-led insights
• Perform proactive analysis into product usage and user journeys (funnel, adoption, retention
• Define and own success metrics for product features, releases, and business objectives
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
• Manage senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Own the semantic layer defining core business entities and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in quantitative, technical, or business-analytical field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in data analyst, product analyst, analytics engineer, or BI role
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Experience partnering with Product and business teams to deliver product-led insights
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences
• Hands-on experience with product usage or telemetry data
