Data & Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Set the data and analytics roadmap, partnering with Engineering on infrastructure, KPI definitions
• Drive the organization's AI reporting and analytics agenda, using tools such as Claude to help
• Lead guest analytics across the app, ordering, subscriptions, and loyalty, connecting digital and
• Build dashboards and tools that help Cafe Operations track sales, traffic, labor, and speed of
• Partner with Digital & Product to design and evaluate A/B tests for features, offers, and
• Analyze menu mix, pricing, and launch performance to shape product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, ideally in hospitality, retail, or
• Expert SQL and experience with modern data and BI tools and ERP/Planning systems (e.g., Snowflake
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to speed up analysis, automate reporting, or make insights
• Experience with POS, loyalty, or digital ordering data, and with experiment design.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and levels.
