Data Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze profitability in pricing, inventory, play, and revenue recognition.
• Model business scenarios; identify growth opportunities with economists/analysts.
• Communicate findings to partners with visuals; incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact data tasks.
• Lead a team of 3-5 data analysts; drive projects and develop the team.
• Work with product strategy, sales, and finance to support MTG growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience using R, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Self-directed; ability to drive projects, timelines, and document processes.
• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering.
