🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, CS, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
8+ years in data analytics, BI, or consulting with prior team management.
Strong in Power BI, SQL, data modelling, dashboards, reporting.
Experience managing client-facing analytics projects and senior stakeholders.
Mentoring experience with Data Analysts.
Understanding of ETL, data quality, governance, BI best practices.
