Data and Platform Architect (Databricks)

📋 Description

• Lead technically the team and enable a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and data engineers
• Visit European clients a few weeks per year to bootstrap projects and expand stakeholder
• Work on various projects for different clients across domains and countries.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions; ensure security and performance best practices.
• Create and maintain design and client documentation; communicate solutions to technical and

🎯 Requirements

• Databricks data platform experience (workspace setup, delta lake, ingestion/transformation, data
• Strong data architecture design and technical leadership.
• Experience designing/deploying pipelines, data-lakes/meshes, data products.
• Knowledge translating business problems into data solutions (BI, analytics, ML).
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS); CI/CD and MLOps pipelines; Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Hadoop/Spark; ability to create PoCs (preferably Python); team mentoring.
