Assess agent trajectories and model capabilities for code generation and debugging.
Prompt models to complete complex coding tasks and review generated responses.
Label, proofread, and improve software engineering outputs (machine-written and human-written).
Report quality and performance trends for model/agent behaviour and project assignments.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of software engineering experience.
Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, and SQL.
Experience designing, building, and deploying APIs.
Experience with code agents (OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is a plus.
