Data Architect - Managed Services

📋 Description

• Lead support of client's Azure Data platform and Power BI, including escalations.
• Consult on Azure tools: Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, Data Lake.
• Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI solutions for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on performance.
• Communicate status, escalate cases, and translate tech issues for clients.
• Create and maintain client environment documentation; promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years with data/BI on Microsoft stack (ADF, SQL DW, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Health Catalyst, HIPAA.
