Design and maintain Axiom's enterprise data model across systems.
Establish and enforce data governance and data quality standards.
Define and maintain the data architecture roadmap and alignment with strategy.
Manage the Data Engineer and mentor the team; align with VP, Enterprise Applications.
Liaise with Product, Operations, and Data Science on data architecture.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in data architecture or data engineering
Designs enterprise data models across multi-system environments
Data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies
Strong SQL DDL and DML skills
Fluency in Python (Python preferred)
Leading technical personnel; familiarity with Databricks/Salesforce/Workday
