📋 Description

• Maintain and administer Power BI, BrightGauge, and other business intelligence and analytics
• Build, develop, and standardize real-time KPI dashboards that enable service delivery teams to make
• Take ownership of dashboard data, ensuring reporting outputs remain accurate, relevant, consistent
• Maintain and enhance existing data models and reporting logic developed through previous BI
• Review and improve dashboard structures and analytical processes to promote consistency across
• Anticipate the analytical requirements of newly integrated business partners and ensure they have

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience working with business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a closely
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools; Power BI and BrightGauge experience are strong
• Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboard development, visualization principles, and KPI
• Ability to maintain and improve existing analytical logic and data models while adapting them to
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about the underlying business reasons and context behind
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, systems, and processes in a fast-changing
