Data & BI Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and administer Power BI, BrightGauge, and other business intelligence and analytics
• Build, develop, and standardize real-time KPI dashboards
• Take ownership of dashboard data and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and enhance existing data models and reporting logic
• Review and improve dashboard structures and analytical processes
• Anticipate analytical requirements of newly integrated business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI and BrightGauge are strong advantages)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboard development, visualization principles, and KPI
• Ability to maintain and improve existing analytical logic and data models
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about business context
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
