📋 Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot server, networking, and hardware issues in a fast-paced production environment.
• Provide hands-on technical support alongside experienced data center technicians and engineers.
• Assemble, rack, cable, and install enterprise-grade servers and networking gear.
• Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and equipment replacements.
• Learn to automate operational tasks by developing or modifying scripts that support server and network operations.
• Investigate hardware and software failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• No prior data center experience required; strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Basic computer literacy and foundational understanding of hardware components.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
