Data Center Asset Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Facilitate end-to-end hardware journey (servers, storage, network gear, racks).
• Track and document asset receipts, moves, changes, and decommissioning.
• Manage metadata, lineage, and lifecycle data integrity across systems.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations between physical inventory and systems; fix root causes.
• Create data dictionaries and governance standards.
• Design dashboards and reports showing asset status, aging, and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in data center asset management or complex inventory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS, CS, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with large-scale asset management systems or CMDB.
• Spreadsheet power-user with SQL to query data and build dashboards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; understands serial-number risks.
• Able to collaborate across Operations, Accounting, and Software Engineering.
