• Have carried complex commercial agreements from term sheet to signature as the person holding the
• Can read a lease, work letter or construction contract and say in plain English who carries which
• Have held your ground with counterparties in challenging situations day after day without losing
• Write short memos a busy executive can approve from.
• Are comfortable walking a construction site and asking management direct questions.
• Stay exact on versions and details when the timeline is days, not weeks.
