Data Center Asset Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Track fixed asset inventory from receipt through end-of-life in Roblox’s Asset Management Database.
• Process financial goods receipts to complete proper 3-way matches.
• Oversee asset tagging standards and distribution of asset tags.
• Establish and maintain a component inventory tracking process and system.
• Perform annual physical asset audits as part of SOX controls.
• Train on-site Asset Management team members and coordinate with vendors for receipts/deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent; 5+ years in Logistics, Warehouse, and/or Data Center Asset Management.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Able to handle changing priorities.
• Computer-savvy with strong spreadsheet software skills (Excel).
