Oversee installation and testing of mission-critical MEP systems (generators, UPS, cooling)
Schedule/coordinate commissioning with contractors, clients, and internal teams
Review documentation and commissioning/quality records
Develop and implement commissioning plans; attend pre-construction meetings
Witness field tests and site visits; gather information for reports
Remote-eligible with up to 50% travel; near listed US regions

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in MEP commissioning; data centers preferred
Strong understanding of BMS, EPMS, and complex MEP systems
NEC/NFPA/IEEE/ASHRAE knowledge
Proficiency with MS Office; commissioning software
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization
US work authorization; valid driver's license; travel up to 50%
