Data Center Development & Infrastructure Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead financial modeling for new data center development (construction, power, network)
• Own construction budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and contingency tracking
• Monitor budget and schedule performance; identify risks and mitigations
• Model project returns (IRR, NPV, payback) and track vs underwriting
• Develop multi-year infrastructure and capacity roadmap
• Own capacity models: supply, demand, and utilization forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7-10+ years in FP&A, infra finance, or related roles (Cloud/AI infra, data centers)
• Direct CapEx planning, capital allocation, project/development finance, operating cost modeling
• Extensive financial modeling experience; build complex models and interpret statements
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills; Excel
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments; manage multiple projects
