Data Center Engineer (On-site)

📋 Description

• Analyze complex tier-two service requests for HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Supermicro servers, and extend
• Consult with clients to assess business requirements, use approved management tools to diagnose
• Plan and execute hardware maintenance and component replacements, including pre-change checks
• Troubleshoot, replace, and validate server hardware components, including batteries, chassis
• Configure platform-level management functions, including out-of-band management controllers such as
• Maintain monthly onsite spare-parts inventory, coordinate replenishment needs with the team, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years' experience leading technical root cause analysis, developing and executing
• CompTIA and Linux Certifications or equivalent.
• Ability to operate independently and make significant decisions for unique client environments with
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in service and repair of all systems (current, new, and updates).
